Winter enjoyment

It´s wintertime and cold - very, very cold.
But it’s ok for me. I go for skiing – to Lenggries!
Wednesday is “Lady-Day”. What´s that? Skiing is cheaper for this kind of humans. Females only have to spend 14 € for a one-day lift-ticket.
Yesterday Sabine and myself used this occasion and went for skiing. We tried to ignore the icy road and drove or better slit direction Bad Tölz to conquer the white mountains of the Alps.
We were really lucky. The sun was shining, the snow glittering and the trees were covered with icy crystals.
It was cold, very cold. The temperature stuck on -12,5 centigrade.
Compared to Inning our home town, or better village, there was much more snow in Lenggries, our destination. Even the snow cats seemed to have lots of problems to prepare and smoothen the ski-slopes.
But anyhow we had much fun.
Lunchtime we interrupted and rested in a ski hut, enjoyed the most impressive view of the snow covered mountain tops and indulged the wonderful “Sweet Yeast Dumplings”. Afterwards we continued our hill racings.
It was a wonderful day and I was quite sure, we deserved it.

Instead of the already described “Sweet Yeast Dumplings” I am offering a recipe of the “Hamburger” which is very tasty as well.
