Homemade Applepurée with Ginger
Ingredients
| Juice of one lemmon | |
| 8 lbs | peeled, cored and quartered apples (cooking apples) |
| 200-500 g | sugar (sweet apples need only 200g, sour apples need more - taste it!) |
| 1-2 inches | ginger |
| each glass gets two 1-2 inches | vanilla bean |
| 2-3 cups | water |
