Asparagus-Strawberry-Salad
For two persons:
Ingredients

fresg green asparaguses |
| 300 g |
strawberries |
| 100 - 125 g |
baby spinach leaves |
| 8 pieces of |
walnuts |
| 1 tbsp |
butter |
| a pinch of |

juice of one lemon |
| 6 tbsp |
olive oil |
| a pinch of |
pepper |
| a pinch of |
sugar |
| possibly 2 tsp |
red pepper berries |
Directions
- Wash asparagous and cut into thirds.
- Trim the tough ends from the asparagus.
- Boil water, add salt and butter and cook the asparagus pieces for nine minutes. Drain them in a colander and set aside until completely cooled.
- Wash spinach leaves and cut off some of the stems. Put the leaves on a large platter.
- Wash strawberries, cut them into quarters and put them on the platter, too. Add aspargus-pieces and walnuts.
- Mix lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Add olive oil. Mix it again. Crush pepper berries and add them. Spoon sauce over salad.
Tipp: Alternatively, you can use white asparagus.
