Green Thai Chicken Curry

Ingredients
| 1 | onion, chopped |
| 1 tbsp | vegetable oil |
| 1-2 tbsp | green curry paste (according to taste) |
| 375 ml | coconut milk |
| 125 ml | water |
| 500 g | chicken legs (or: chicken or turkey breast fillets), chopped |
| 100 g | green beans |
| 6 | kaffir lime leaves, torn into pieces |
| 1 tbsp | fish sauce |
| 1 tbsp | lime juice |
| 1 tsp | lime zest, grated |
| 2 tsp | soft brown sugar |
| 5-10 g | coriander leaves |
Directions
Tipp: Do not cook your fillets too long. Otherwise they will dry out!
