Mango-Peach-Coconut-Jam

Ingredients:

150    g        mangos (cut into pieces)
300    g        peaches (cut into pieces)
150    ml      coconut milk
300    g        preserving sugar
(1:2)

 

Directions

  1. Puree the mango and peach pieces.
  2. Then add coconut milk and preserving sugar and puree it again.  
  3. Bring it to boil over medium heat, stirring every minute, until the consistence thickens.
  4. Fill it into the cleaned jars, wipe the rims with a clean cloth or paper towel, and close the jars with the cleaned covers.
  5. And now turn the jars upside down for some minutes. Ready!
