Mango-Peach-Coconut-Jam

Ingredients:
150 g mangos (cut into pieces)
300 g peaches (cut into pieces)
150 ml coconut milk
300 g preserving sugar (1:2)
Directions
- Puree the mango and peach pieces.
- Then add coconut milk and preserving sugar and puree it again.
- Bring it to boil over medium heat, stirring every minute, until the consistence thickens.
- Fill it into the cleaned jars, wipe the rims with a clean cloth or paper towel, and close the jars with the cleaned covers.
- And now turn the jars upside down for some minutes. Ready!
