Obatzda

Directions

  1. Cut the onions in small pieces or chop them but keep some onion rings beside for the later decoration.
  2. Crush and mix the cream cheese, butter, camembert and spices with the help of a fork.
    If you do like the mixture very creamy just use a hand-held-mixer instead of the fork.
  3. Now add the onions and mix it again (with the fork).
  4. Arrange the result on a plate decorated with some onion rings and serve.
