Rosemary-Garlic-Oil
Ingredients (for 3 x 200 ml bottles):

Directions:
- Peel garlic and dice into thin slices.
- Wash rosemary and pat it dry.
- Apportion the garlic and put it into the sterilized bottles.
Then add a small sprig of rosemary.
- Then fill up with olive oil and close the bottles.
Directions
- Cut green cabbage thinly. Then wash and blanch it.
- Dice garlic. Then mix salad dressing with salt, pepper, sugar, garlic and caraway – then add oil.
- Mix cabbage with the dressing.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add bacon bits or diced ham and roast it gently.
- Add bacon or ham to the cabbage and mix it.
- Serve it while bacon / ham is hot.
