Lukewarm Weißwurstsalad (Bavarian Veal Sausage) with Pretzel-Croutons

Directions
- Boil water in the pot, take it from the oven and put 'Weißwürste' into the pot. Then cook it on low heat.
- Wash tomatoes and cut it into six pices.
- Wash pepper, remove stem ends, seeds, and white membranes. Cut it into thin stripes.
- Cut gherkin into fine stripes.
- Stir sweet mustard, honey and lemon juice, then add olive oil and stir it again.
- Cut Pretzel into thin slices.
- Heat some butter in the pan and put the Brezn into it and brown the Pretzel a little bit.
- Put some ground garlic on the croutons.
- Skin the Weißwürste and cut it into 0,5 cm slices.
- Distribute tomatoes, pepper and gherkin on two plates.
- Stir salad dressing again and pour it over the salad.
- Put the slices of the Weißwürste on the salad.
- Then distribute the croutons over the salad.
